The rumors are true! Zachary is getting two new department stores. Today, we’ll tell you about the new occupant of the former Office Depot storefront, Bealls Outlet. If you’re unfamiliar with the brand, it is the new name for Burkes Outlet, a company with 12 other locations across Louisiana. They company is rebranding all of their outlet stores under the Bealls name to better align with their parent company.
Bealls Inc. is a 116 year old Florida based department store with over 600 outlet locations in 26 states. Their Zachary location will employ between 15 and 20 full and part time employees, and will include 20,000 square feet of family apparel, home goods, health and beauty.
The name of the game for Bealls Outlet is treasure hunting. You’ll find great deals on popular name brands as well as rotating seasonal items. Everything is value priced and hand-picked by a dedicated team of buyers.
