Congratulations are in order for Zachary High’s Rhen Langley, Louisiana’s 2022 cross country champion, who signed a letter of intent to run at LSU! The high school senior ran a three mile course in 16:07:02, clocking in at about 5 minutes and 35 seconds per mile, to win the state championship in Natchitoches last month. Rhen will attend LSU in fall 2023 and begin running with the men’s track and field program in the 23-24 season. He’ll participate in distance running as well as indoor and outdoor track events. Great job making Zachary proud, Rhen!
