Parish Crawfish is now under new ownership. Daniel Wilson, along with partners Mike and Mitch Shoffiet, bought the existing business on Main Street in January.
As the newest members of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce, Parish Crawfish hosted their ribbon cutting today at 11, and Chamber Members were there in support and to be among the first to try their crawfish.
Parish will be open from noon until 9 p.m. on weekends, and from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on weekdays. They offer boiled and live crawfish, crabs and shrimp from their drive-through location. Find them on Facebook to stay up to date!
