Legend has it that when former president George W. Bush flew over Zachary after Hurricane Katrina, he pointed to ZHS and asked, “What college is that?” If only he could see it now!
Whether your student is athletically or artistically inclined, or somewhere in between, Zachary High School has an impressive array of teams, clubs and electives. From the impressive football stadium boasting the largest video scoreboard at a Louisiana high school, to the state-of-the-art Visual and Performing Arts Center, to its mini farm and gardens maintained by the FFA Club, ZHS gives students the facilities and experience they need to succeed at a high level.
