Zachary Realtors Carrie Godbold and Crystal Bonin are among four Baton Rouge area agents representing the area on The American Dream, a national TV show with an EMMY-nominated production crew. Their Selling Louisiana episodes are filmed around Baton Rouge, Zachary and the Felicianas and spotlight lifestyle, culture and real estate.
Bonin and Godbold, who are veteran Realtors in Zachary and own their respective real estate agencies, film different segments of the same episode. Godbold’s recent segments include pickleball with Chase Rigdon at the Americana YMCA, Barnhill Preserve in Ethel, and The Myrtles.
“I really am proud and honored to feature our community and the surrounding area. This community has been so supportive of me, and I love being able to showcase our people and our places,” Godbold says.
Local viewers will certainly spy more than one familiar face, as members of the Charlet family appear in Bonin’s recent segment for a behind-the-scenes look at Don Charlet’s newest project in St. Francisville, and Jason Jackson from The Francis provided a demo on the right way to peel crawfish.
Their enthusiasm for each location is contagious, and they help viewers imagine themselves living in these different environments.
Carrie and Crystal’s passion for real estate is evident in every episode of The American Dream. They share their own experiences and insights, offering valuable advice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
“It is so much fun and so exciting to show everyone what we love about Louisiana,” Bonin says.
The agents are talented TV hosts who make learning about the real estate market fun and engaging. Through their show, they inspire viewers to pursue their dreams of homeownership and showcase the culture of our community along the way.
