This Memorial Day, honor a veteran or service member with a personalized commemorative brick at the Wall of Veterans at Regional Veterans Park.
Regional Veterans Park honors the courage and sacrifice of those who served or are serving in the armed forces of the United States of America and provides the citizens of the Zachary region a place to remember and thank those veterans who committed themselves to protect our rights and freedoms. The park was officially dedicated on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
The wall of veterans is comprised of approximately 400 bricks, which have been engraved with the names and service information of local veterans.
The Regional Veterans Park is located in Zachary on the east side of Lane Regional Medical Center’s campus at the entrance of the fitness trail.
