SNAP Outreach Coordinators will be available to help with the following:

Starting/completing/updating an application
Submitting redeterminations & simplified reports
Uploading/printing documents

They cannot assist with:

Determining application status or benefit amount
Providing EBT card assistance/troubleshooting

Assistance will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need more in-depth assistance with your SNAP benefits or application, please call DCFS 1-888-524-3578.
