The Jackson Jingle

• 8-10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz white rum
• 2 oz coconut cream
• 1-2 tsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• Ice cubes
• Splash of sparkling water
• Shredded coconut for garnish
• Cranberries or pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
